We have a lovely start to May with the warm and bright sun which we are reflecting in our bakes and cakes for you this weekend.

We will be presenting our new Lime & Coconut Cake which is a soft, tropical-style sponge infused with fresh lime zest and enriched with coconut, giving it a bright, zesty flavour and a naturally moist, tender crumb. It’s a refreshing, fragrant, and perfect for warm-weather.

Our traditional favourite Lemon Drizzle as a loaf cake is a light, zesty sponge soaked with a sharp, sugary lemon syrup, giving it a moist crumb and a bright citrus flavour and that signature crackly lemon crust.
